I think you will have to go through TSN as they own the broadcast rights

I am trying to see if we can find caught-on-tape footage from the spectator rather than the network.

That may be difficult because most stadiums prohibit video cameras

They may do, but every cell phone a days have one, check YouTube fir riders fan crying when duval does his second take
