Holy crap, these are GREAT! How the hell did he get on top of the Montreal Neurological Institute?

It looks like Xgamer's and my seats could be under cover. Not sure if I want that.

He knows people...;)

Reppact, I had worst seats at Frank-Clair in 2005 ...last row underneath the north side...

We'll see...could be good for those october-november game (remember the crappy September 2005 game vs BC...where it was almost 0 (wind, rain, almost ice pellets..) or the October/November game in 2003 vs 'Gades where it was drenching, ...I know it can ruin the whole "outdoor" stadium experience...but we won't have the sun the rest of the time :(

There is always possibility to ask to move to lower seats or other silver section for 2011, if we are not happy...the jury is not out on this one yet for me !

Hi Xgamer,

This is Gary from Section y row 15 seat 1. Looking at picture of south stands looks like our row will be undercover which I was told by Alouettes staff that it would not be. I do not want to seat undercover when I have free time I will go and checked seat out and if it is undercover will seriously consider changing seats to upper deck in section Y. What about you?

Hi Gary (been a while..since the Als GC Parade),

Let me & Reppact know if we are under the new level...and if so how many rows under ?

I already talked to BigPete about possible relocation for me...we'll see...I want to see the whole stadium completed before making a decision.

I won't be in Montreal for the next 2 weeks (unless I have a business rdv..), so I cannot really go to McGill & check it out...

Hey Fellow Season Ticket Holders in Section Y,

We were also told by the admin people at Les Alouettes that there would be a walkway behind us in Section Y. We were in row 16, top, midway. We took no chances and moved up to Section Y2, top row which I believe is 14.
No one behind us and we will be able to stand and have our flag up!

Looking forward to the start of the new season.

Got an answer via Twitter from the Als on the covered rows as far as Section Y:

MTLAlouettes @reppact the last 5-6 rows are covered and row 14 should be under there - to be confirmed as construction moves along.

Hope the Als have an Open house. I am unsure if I will like this... except during rain games.

From the Alouettes Twitter feed today:

Looks like the last 5-6 rows are under the overhang. I'll pass judgement when I see the seats in June. Plus, if we do get sun there, I might stay there. Also, it it rains, no rain gear needed.

We'll see.
