From herb's snap Trestman reaction
We can well imagine quarterback Anthony Calvillo is looking forward to having his favourite receiver, Ben Cahoon, to work with again during the upcoming season.

But Alouettes' head coach Marc Trestman also knows the value of experience on the field. In an email to The Snap on Friday, Trestman didn't hide his feelings about the veteran slotback, who has decided to return for a 13th season to Montreal.

"We are excited to have Ben back for another year," Trestman wrote. "He has played consistently at a high level over the last two years. There's no reason to believe he will not have another great year.

"Ben is as important to the chemistry of our locker room as he is on the field."

Training camp workouts begin at Bishop's University in Lennoxville on June 6.
