Miller and whats his name were going on and on how it was a great decision to give up the yards and have Duval punt again.\
UH!
There is/was no yards to give up You either accept the penalty and re-kick. Or decline it and take the ball where it went out. There are no yards added for the offence.

Mind you it turned out to be a good decision
