Hello All,

I'm Antonio. Another twenty-something Als fan from Ottawa, it seems!

I came up to Montreal today to see the game against the Eskies. Got a sweet deal on some tickets. And what a game!

I decided to try the infamous Schwartz's deli for lunch, since I've heard so much about it, and I think Gordon Ramsay's new chicken joint was closed down already, lol! While I was there, a guy spotted my Calvillo jersey and told me to come out to the tailgate by the side of the stadium. It was a real cool experience, and I had a blast hanging with those guys. They were great ambassadors for the team and for the city, in my opinion!

Anyways, one of them mentioned this site, and I thought I'd check it out. If Ottawa ever gets its own CFL team (maybe 2063 or so...), come on down and I'll reciprocate the cheer and BBQ.

Bonjour mesdasmes, messieurs,

Ça fait quelques semaines que je "browse" le site et je trouve ça super de voir des fans passionnées et engagés qui donnent de leur temps pour permettre d'échanger entre fans, merci aux admin et contributeurs!!!

Je suis fan depuis bien longtemps avec des billets de saison depuis plusieurs années. Une tête d'ado dans un corps de vieux magané... trop sorti dans ma jeunesse! Mon coup de foudre a été Cahoon... quels attrapés spectaculaires... wow... pas pour rien que mon premier chandail a été un 86...

J'ai fait le train des fans deux fois, une belle expérience (but gee, so expensive this year?!) et je me suis déplacé à Edmonton l'an passé avec un chum pour assister à une belle Coupe Grey. Malgré nos chandails des ALS, le Rider's Nation nous a bien traité (ils nous ont même offert du médicament contre le froid, prescrit par un certain docteur Jacques Daniels - très efficace, mais les effets secondaires ont causé des étourdissements à mon buddy, il s'est enfargé dans les bancs en se levant...).

On retourne à Vancouver en 2011 - betting on a tripeat... - et de toute façon, le ski à Whistler en vaut la peine...

Il nous reste à essayer le tailgate des garsquivivent.com... ça a l'air le fun... au plaisir de se voir bientôt,

@ steve O'Brien yes I realize your post is from 2005 BUT you may still be around! 1st don't look down at the green uniforms sorry I liked them! next you go from the 1970 GC to N.S.! totally bypassing a great/old man of the CFL MR. SAMUEL BERGER!! who came from ottawa and much like the als current owner MR. ROBERT WETENHALL saved CFL football in montreal! mr. berger was a real gentleman which unfortunately his 2 sons never acquired from their father!!
