I have an old pic of me in Banff wearing an Als t-shirt with their old logo (I mean the REALLY old one from the 50's with the birds flying around the football) It must be from 97 or 98 and I bought the t-shirt, ironically, at the old Ebbets Field Flannels store in Seattle. They briefly came out with a line of vintage CFL stuff but had to stop producing it when the CFL threatened them with a law suit. The league would kill to get that kind of interest south of the border now. I was lucky enough to buy my shirt just before they took them off the shelves for good. They had some caps too, but couldn't sell them because they had somehow managed to misspell "Alouettes".

Anyhow, I still have the shirt somewhere but it's moth-eaten now. Maybe I'll dig it out and bring it to Toronto for Grey Cup week. But when I did wear it regularly I wore it everywhere, and it probably made the trip to Europe on my honeymoon in 2000. Unfortunately, all possible pics of me in that shirt are on regular film stock so I'd have to get them scanned before I could post them here.

This summer I'll be going to San Francisco. I'll be sure to get a pic of myself in my Als regalia in front of the Golden Gate Bridge or something.

I have some at Edmonton and some in Kennebunk Port In front of the world famous clam shack!!! I'll try to numerised them! if not I'll take some this summer from my Maine vacation!

While in South Bend for Michigan vs ND game, we (SambaPete, Benoit Jean, XGamer) have meet with Charlie, Leprechaun & a Cheerleader (they weren’t moving…I don’t know why ) this was taken in the Joyce Center, where some pre-game activities happens !
