It's really sad that Alouettes fans in Montreal can't enter this contest to go to Barbados with Alouettes players http://www.proplayers.ca/Fantasy/default.htm. As far as I know , contest organizers just have to file some papers with the Quebec Lottery to be eligible. Seems unfair

Its more complicated than that

The organizers have to pay 10% of the prize value to Loto Quebec.

I agree that its unfair but thats Quebec. Look at Wendy's kick for a million. People in Quebec were not eligable to participate for years because I assume Wendys didnt want to pay 100,000$ to Quebec just to alllow the contest to be run here.

To be honest I dont blame Wendys one bit
