They need better proof readers

The middle one is labled as XXL Hooded sweatshirt
http://redzone.montrealalouettes.com/32 ... weats.html

But if you check out the sizes available...XL is the biggest

"XXL" actually refers to the style, not the size. It's nothing more than the name they've given this particular sweater.

Ironic though, that it isn't available in XXL. :lmao:

Cool....a 1 stop Shop...finally :bravo:

the only thing "bugging me" is they have all these Categories in the main header (jerseys, caps, tuque, etc...), on the same header they have Men & Women categories, that relists all the other categories if you click on them.....

Example:

you select Jersey category for example, you then select men or women...

Find it redundant a bit....(from a BD maintenance point of view, doesn't make sense to maintained it that way.)

FYI, if you buy a Als football shaped key chain (with the logo) expect the logo to rub off in 1 year, mine did, had it for a few years now....(bought it on CFL Shop site a while ago).... I'm almost thinking about doing a laser engraved on it...

Cross categories, makes finding related items findable in different menu, it makes sense. Depending on how you assume what you are looking for, it makes sense for retail, it's the same as tags on a blog, an text can be describe by many terms, and you can reach it from any of those tags.

Just noticed there is no "blank" jerseys in the store...

No home, away or alternate.....

How the heck am I supposed to get a blank Away jersey ??

.....sure I like Calvillo and you can't go wrong with a Legend (I still wear my Cahoon one) but I'd rather have a blank one with no players..

Well it's better than nothing, I suppose, but it's lacking in a lot of areas. I don't know why you can't get a blank jersey, for one thing. Also, the Proudfoot jersey uses the wrong font for the number 2. It should look like a backwards 5; there shouldn't be a diagonal line connecting the top and bottom of the number. Plus, they don't give you any numbers on the shoulders. The version of that jersey which featured the Als logo on the sleeve had shoulder numbers. Previous editions of that jersey only had numbers on the front and back, but they either had nothing on the sleeves or, for one or two seasons, numbers on the sleeves. But in any event, if you were hoping to get a blank one so you could have it customized for a #77 Junior Ah You model, you're out of luck.

As for the sizing, I find it silly that you can't get XXL in many of the products and can't get any 3XL sizes in anything. Football fans tend to be a tad on the larger side. I don't know anyone who actually wears a medium anything and if past experience is any indicator, the store will be completely sold out of all XXL and XL merchandise before the season even starts.

And why are the modern jerseys all screen-printed instead of having sewn-on numbers or at least the option of having sewn-on numbers? All that happens when you get screen printed numbers is that they wear off forcing you to purchase another jersey. Oh wait. I just answered my own question, didn't I?

Can anyone tell me how tall that mini Grey Cup is? I might want to get one for the rec room. I have a Habs mini Stanley Cup that stands about a foot tall, maybe a bit less. I'm hoping that for $40 the mini Grey Cup is at least as tall.

New jerseys being unveiled this winter. Team probably didn't want to get stuck with old inventory.

Really? I hadn't heard.

I have to say that while they have used their current jerseys for several years now, I like them a lot more than most of the Reebok designs used by the other 7 clubs. I hope that the new ones don't look dumb (like that black and light blue alternate jersey)

Maybe they're going back to the green jerseys, lol.

Personally, I'd be happy to see them go back to the mid-1970's version but I doubt we'll see them return. In the few games where they wore the vintage jerseys I thought the team looked great.

Hey ro1313, I got a question about the commerative AC framed thing. Did they allow you to send in your own season ticket to be framed, or did they put one in that is the same for everyone?

You had the choice. You could give them your ticket to be framed or you could have them reprint your ticket with your seat number. Mine is a reprint because I dont tear my tickets out of the book
