Montreal, Mar. 15, 2011 – The Montreal Alouettes are pleased to announce that they will be holding four open tryouts across the United States this spring, and that all players who wish to try-out for the team are welcome to take part in the workouts.
Candidates can register either online or by fax by following the links below.
Members from the Alouettes’ scouting team will be on-site for each try-out, and every year, a number of players who take part in the workouts get invited to the Alouettes’ official training camp.
First camp – Fort Worth, Texas
Date: May 1, 2011
Time: 9:00 AM – Registration/Sign-In 10:00 AM – Testing Begins
Place: Texas Christian University (Sam Baugh Indoor Practice Facility)
Surface: Indoors on turf
Locker room and showers may not be available

Place: Thunder Field at the Citrus Bowl

Athletes must bring their own practice equipment (shoes, shorts, gloves, tape, etc.) to each try-out. T-shirts will be provided by the team however.
Registration is $100 per athlete, except for kickers/punters, for whom it is $50. All payments are cash only and payable at each event.
All tryouts will be held rain or shine.
