I don't recall ever receiving my tickets before November. Usually, just when you start to worry that they might not arrive on time, they suddenly show up in your mailbox. First week of November sounds about right.

I never drink on gameday anyway, so it's not an issue for me....at the price we pay to see that game, I want to see it, when you put over 1500$ for that trip, you want to remember the game....

Anyway, when your friend bought them that section was clearly stating it was a no drinking zone....tell them to buy new glasses !

If i want a beer, i'll get up & go on the concourse....(if Als are in the game...no  for me !)

I'll be sitting just above you X, in 403. I also never drink on game days, usually because I feel like a sack of crap after Saturday night. But the way things usually work at BC Place I'd say to anyone who plans on drinking to do it early because they often run out by halftime. Last night my wife went to get a coffee at halftime only to find they had run out and the crowd was only 35,000, about 10,000 short of a sell-out.

Well, BC will have the Western final to adjust their concessions stands...

I remember reading comment in '05 where fans complained because of what you're stating, all concessions ran out of food, drinks by half-time.

Thanks for the heads up i'll probably buy a pop or bottle of water & fill it up if needed...

My tickets in Section 403 cost $156 after taxes. The ones in the ad are in the lower bowl but are also in the corner of the endzone like mine and they're asking $224 each as an opening bid or over $600 on the "buy it now" option. Seems a tad overpriced to me. Besides, whichever team loses the Western Final is going to have fans looking to dump their tickets cheap. And if that team is BC there'll be plenty of seats available at probably cost or even less closer to kick-off.

i'll be honest here....

I think a lot of fans were hoping that Rider Nation would still be there & they would make a "killing" in overpricing their tixs like they did in '07, '09 & '10.....i remember talking to Riders fans who payed 5 to 10 times the original price of the tixs.

I got an info from a rep at Dash Tour (in Regina), which they began their advertising last year, they had multiple cancellation since Riders aren't in the show .

Now let's see how many tickets gets dumped if BC loses.....otherwise we might face a sea of Orange....

Yep, I knew that when the game sold out in record time that it was probably fuelled mostly by cocky Riders fans. With the last 3 GC's in the West it's a cheap flight or drive for a lot of them. But none of them expected that their team wouldn't even make the playoffs so I expect that many of them will be in full "sell" mode and the closer we get to kick-off, the lower those prices will be. Of course, if BC doesn't choke in the West Final there will be increased local demand that might play right into the hands of those disgruntled Riders fans but the Lions have been so hot down the stretch I wonder if perhaps they're a little too hot. They are overdue for a loss and the Division Final would be an inopportune time for that to happen but you never know.

I'm sure that whichever teams wind up playing on Nov. 27th the stadium will be full. But I doubt that many of them will be paying big money for their tickets, at least the last-minute crowd.

This is why I've never stressed for tickets...the internet has made it so easy to get tickets anytime, anywhere. Even paying full price for a ticket seems ridiculous.
